Terms of Use — Procurement Directory & Procurement Pocket

1. Listings are not endorsements

A company's inclusion in the Directory, its position in results, or its appearance in a comparison or shortlist does not mean that AI Saves Time endorses or recommends it, has approved or qualified it, or guarantees its certifications, manufacturing capability, product quality, delivery, pricing or regulatory compliance. A "Claimed" listing means the company manages its profile; it is not a verification. You remain responsible for your own supplier qualification, due diligence and procurement decisions.

2. Accuracy of information

Listing information comes mainly from each company's own official website and public company material, and may also come from the company's claim, a submission or a correction request. It can be incomplete or become outdated. Certifications are shown only where we found supporting evidence and are reviewed against their stated expiry dates, but may lapse before our next review. Verify all material facts — including certificates with the issuing body — directly with the supplier before relying on them.

3. Claiming a listing

You may claim a listing only if you are authorised to act for that company. Do not misrepresent your identity, role or authority. We may ask for evidence, and may approve, reject or later revoke a claim. Approval of a claim is not an endorsement or verification of the company.

4. Submissions and corrections

Submit companies or corrections only if you have the right to provide the information. Do not include personal information that is not needed (such as an individual's private contact details) or confidential information. By submitting, you allow AI Saves Time to host, store, edit for format and accuracy, and display the information as part of the Directory, and to keep it in our records. We may edit, decline or remove it.

5. Accounts

• The Directory is for business and professional use.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
• Do not create an account in someone else's name or misrepresent your organisation.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, misuse the Directory or create a security risk.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page (see the Privacy Policy).

6. Shortlists, comparisons and checks

Shortlists organise your own research. Comparisons show listing information side by side. The checks and checklists are rule-based indicators. None of these is a recommendation, a supplier rating or a substitute for your own due diligence and professional judgment.

7. Acceptable use of Directory content

Without our prior written permission you must not:

• bulk-scrape, crawl or automatically extract Directory content (ordinary search-engine indexing that follows our robots instructions is allowed);
• mirror, republish, resell or commercially redistribute listings or the Directory database;
• use Directory content to build or train a competing directory, dataset or database;
• circumvent rate limits, access controls or other technical protections.

Normal business use, linking to listings and quoting individual listings with attribution are allowed.

8. Moderation and removal

We may correct or update listings, remove unsupported or outdated information, archive listings, decline or reverse changes, restrict abusive accounts, and act on privacy or legal requests. To request a correction or removal, use "Report a correction" on the listing or write to support@aisavestime.com (privacy matters: privacy@aisavestime.com).

9. Free service, availability and links

The Directory and Procurement Pocket are free. They are provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. Links to supplier websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for those sites. Paid AI Saves Time products remain subject to the main AI Saves Time Terms, including their warranty and liability provisions, which also apply to the Directory.
